Holiday Paella with King Crab and Chorizo

There’s always a good reason to make paella! One of Chef Gavin’s favorite dishes to share with friends, his paella is built on traditional ingredients, including Bomba rice, mussels, and Spanish chorizo. We’ve added King Crab legs and scallops to elevate this celebratory dish.
