Merguez Sausage Kebab with Crispy Smashed Potatoes & Harissa Aioli

We like our weekday meals to check all the boxes, and this one does: delicious, fun, and worth repeating! We’ll create our own spice blend for sausage kebabs on the grill or stovetop, and pair them with a homemade harissa aioli for dipping.
