A classic dish all year round, this dish will transport you to Naples. We’ll be making pici from scratch, a handmade alternative to a dried pasta with incredible texture and depth of flavor. We love pici for how easy it is to roll out, a perfect task for little helpers’ hands. Chef Gavin will share his techniques for blanketing every noodle with sauce, built in your pan from briny clams, and dry white wine. This beautiful dish serves two to four.
